We enforce safety regulations to keep our customers and workers safe during any asbestos abatement project and use the proper personal protection and work equipment as recommended in the guidelines set by Washington State, federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Once an asbestos abatement project has been contracted and approved to proceed, whether for encapsulation, enclosure or removal, we put all of our resources to work for you. Each of our service technicians is rigorously trained and employs the most current and innovative methods to safely remove and or encapsulate asbestos, with minimal disruption of your routine business operations or use of your home.
We understand that no two jobs are exactly alike. Construction demolition jobs vary greatly depending on the property owner’s vision and the most effective asbestos cleanup procedures will depend on the severity of the problem. Derrick was very responsive on Yelp to help us get an appointment scheduled with a pretty immediate need. He was very flexible with the arrangements for my dad meeting them in the morning to pay the first half and let them in and having my husband stop by and pay them the remaining balance. Our popcorn ceiling tested positive for asbestos so our original quote for the work didn't change. Derrick and team did a great job removing the popcorn ceiling which had been painted and in some places painted multiple times.
